BRYCE BENNETT
In the past several years, Bryce became the youngest dual-state licensed contractor in the state of Georgia and South Carolina. Bryce has always had a passion for building and from his father leading the way for him many, many years ago it has just been a growing passion ever since to the homeowner their dream!
Before building, Bryce attended Wingate University as well as Southern Wesleyan University where he was collegiate athlete at both programs while majoring in business management. In his free time Bryce enjoys working on his passions, being around friends and family, or being on the boat!

JACE BENNETT
Jace has always had a will to learn the art of building house and from his father and older brother, the choice was a sure thing to take part in something amazing!
Growing SWC into something like no other is a mission of Jace’s purpose on building. Straight from school Jace went to work learning all the ropes and understanding the many processes, rules, codes, and many more critical knowledge points required to be successful with creating beautiful homes!

ERIC BENNETT
Eric started in the home building industry in the early 90’s. Coming from nothing being handed to him, Eric went out and made it happen for himself! Through adversity, blood, sweat, and tears Eric managed to pull through all the hard times and was one of the few in this industry that made it through the 2008-09 recession.
Starting from a simple framing contractor and making it all the way to building houses ranging from $200,000 to $2,000,000 he has made great efforts to lead SWC Home Builders to the way of pleasing others through hard work, integrity, and dedication!
